💡 Note: Since V2.3 this sheet replaces the various root cause analysis buttons that previously existed in older versions.

Functions​

  • Makes it possible to analyze a specific optimization potential in more detail.

  • Searches the attributes which are related most to the optimization potential through all defined dimensions.

  • The critical attribute (e.g. a specific supplier or document type) can then be filtered on and examined further

Business Benefits​

  • Find the root causes of certain optimization potentials (problems) in order to optimize the process

  • The critical attributes show where to start with an optimization of the process

Interpreting the Visualizations​

Key Figures​

# Associated Cases​

  • Shows the # associated cases with the selected optimization potential (in this case “low process governance”)

Process Analyzer​

  • Visualizes those cases in the process analyzer
  • This table shows the attributes which are related most to the optimization potential and shows how strongly related they are to it

    • +++ = strong relation

    • ++ = medium relation

    • + = moderate relation

    • - = no relation
